How do i get minecraft for free my dad wants it on his psp vita?

If you bought it on the PS3 or PS4, then you get it on the Vita -- at least you used to, not sure if it's still true.

Otherwise you have to pay for it.

Same i don't know how to get it because my mom put parental controls on my psp vita please help
