So the PS Vita Slim only just came out, while the 3DS XL has been out for a while now.
I like a decent variety of games, some serious, some casual. To me gaming is all about fun. I mean, isn't that the whole reason most gamers game? Anyway the list of games is a pretty even split for me. I don't care much about 3-D graphics or HD graphics on the go. So I guess I'm sorta asking for opinions here.
So, what's your opinion as to which is better, and why? And for the love of God, please no fanboys.
I would get a 2DS if you don't care about 3d since it is so much cheaper, and can still play all the great games. Honestly, I myself have been wanting a vita, but when i found out they weren't giving us all the color options and forcing us to buy it in a bundle with borderland I said no. I would get a 2Ds until they just give us a cheaper vita slim without a forced game for like 150 instead of 200$ which it is now.
Depends on what your looking for. 3ds for 1st party Nintendo games like mario and pokemon and Vita for JRPGs like Persona 4 Golden, Soul Sacrifice and western games like upcoming borderlands, Killzone mercenary, minecraft and others.
Also Vita has great entertainment features well the 3ds are more primitive.
