Having some problems with my Xbox 360?

A couple of days ago when attempting to launch Battlefield Bad Company 2 it disconnected me from Live with the message "Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again." No error code, nothin. Today, the problem spread to Minecraft and even Destiny (disc based, so it isn't a GoD problem)
Xbox support was unhelpful because I spoke with Arab Ann from Pakistan. I just want to play my games, and if I can't do that Microsoft has a lawsuit on their hands.
I have a Xbox 360 ARCADE from 2009 that's had some outstanding hardware problems but this shouldn't be affected by that.
Warranty is shot, but do you think I can still get a replacement?

MC Xbox 360 villager breeding problems?

I brought 2 villagers, a farmer and a librarian, to a new (empty) village to restart it, but they won't breed. There are enough doors for 2.5 more villagers, i have traded with both of the villagers 3-4 times, sometimes at the same time, and i've even locked them in a 4-3 area together for a cupl minecraft days. Its been ~10 minecraft days and they don't do anything besides 'socialize'. I have watched them for 1 straight minecraft day, been in their general area for several minecraft days, and been half the map away for several minecraft days. Its in xbox 360 superflat survival. What's the problem?

Minecraft: Who is Herobrine?

Hi, I just got the game Minecraft for my Xbox 360 and I put a Moss Stone down and secured it with my only gold blocks and threw my torches on top and lit my red block on top on fire as it was very dark (cause I was outside at night) and 1 hour later I looked over towards the desert world and thought I saw the character Steve (some of my friends like to mess around and when I approached them, he disappeared and I thought it was a bug and then I came back out of my house (cause I forgot one of my swords) and then I saw the exact same person standing on a ledge and thinking it was my friend, he disappeared and my friend appeared from behind a tree and told me to remove my blocks I put down and so I did and he said to not approach that Steve person as he was dangerous and I thought "How can Steve be dangerous" before the character was right behind me and when I ran to the winter world, my friend who was hiding said I had accidently summoned Herobrine with my blocks I put down and when he left my game, I thought, How to f*** is Herobrine?"

So who is Herobrine? It was only me and my friend online then. I checked and nobody else was with us.

What should I do since microsoft bought mojang? READ DETAILS?

So I'm a big minecraft fan with a bad computer. So I play minecraft console. I have minecraft PS3. I worked hard on all my worlds. So when i buy a ps4 I can transfer my worlds. Now here is the question part, I heard that Microsoft purchased minecraft. So would they make minecraft exclusive to there platforms. Or if they make a minecraft 2 would that be exclusive? I don't want to buy a Xbox one for 3 reasons, payed multiplayer(xbox live), no baseball game, and I can't transfer my hard worked worlds to the Xbox one. What should I do? Sorry for the long question.
