When I insert the disk into my Xbox 360 console it does not read the disc as a game but as a DVD and I do not know what to do.

Sometimes when I try to play it says it's a DVD but when I play it, it works. If that's not the case for you either your disc reader or the game disc itself is not in working condition, I suggest cleaning the disc and/or seeing if your xbox can read a different game
