Minecraft xbox 360 to PC edition conversion

I have worked countless hours on a world on my xbox and it means a lot to me. After reading several forums and seeing youtube videos posted recently, I know there's a way to convert it to PC. But how do you convert the world? I don't care if the world expands beyond the barrier. Please help! I don't want to hear its not possible, because if you think that, this is not the question for you.

Gaming on an average laptop?

I had a $200 laptop from Wal-Mart and I didn't know the world of PC gaming. I got a cheap controller for my laptop (can't remember the brand but it was similar to an Xbox 360 controller). I made a steam account got mine craft and played the hell out of it flawlessy than went to the next level and got Zombie Amy Trilogy, ZAT played like absolute garbage on my cheap laptop - super laggy and slow. I than learned you need better graphic processors and stuff for certain games so my question is, what games can I get for my Wal-Mart laptop that will play as well as minecraft?

I want to get the On a Rail achievement in Minecraft on the Xbox 360. Can I do this in creative mode or does it have to be survival mode?
