Minecraft Xbox one edition. I have 3 spawners (cave spider, skeleton, and zombie) that have worked for awhile. Would anyone know why?

If they're not spawning then have you checked that it is dark enough for them to spawn? They don't spawn if there's too much light.

I'm not sure if this is still a thing but it was in the Xbox 360 version. There was a limit to the amount of mobs that can spawn in your world. If you have a lot of mobs (including animals) then no more will spawn until you kill some.
