Minecraft Pocket Edition: Do monster spawners "run out"?
Added (1). Sometimes in survival mode, I come across dungeons with empty monster spawners and without chests. So do monster spawners stop working after awhile? Or are some just empty at the start? Hope this makes sense…
In pocket edition you say? If you are talking about the pe, then it's probably a glitch going on, pe is always having problems. Hope this helped, i don't know what else to say, it has to be some bug they will soon fix.
Monster spawners will only work if the player is within a certain block radius from them. It doesn't spawn monsters at first but when the player enters the block radius, the mob generation process begins.
