How to transfer games to a new account on the same Xbox 360?

I just made a new account due to billing issues with the old the account. But now I'm unable to play games like Minecraft and Iron Brigade because I only have the trial versions for those games. What can I do to fix this. I can't even redownload the games again without paying money.
