I've done a lot of research on it recently, but I just want to be sure. Some people say there's no compatibility for games. Others say there will be soon. Others are claiming that Gold members get to try out the preview, which makes little sense to me. All I want to know is if Skyrim and Minecraft, games downloaded onto my Xbox 360, will transfer over with my account. If it will, is there anything else I have to do after I transfer my account to get them? If it won't, do I have to buy the games again? Or will a patch of sorts be coming out to fix this?
Will the games I currently have downloaded to my Xbox 360 transfer to my Xbox One?

The update that allows for backward compatibility has already been released. Only games on the list below will work; they've said they'll be adding games to the list every month.
Skyrim is not on that list yet. Minecraft isn't on that list either, and that's because there's an Xbox One native version instead. You don't get Minecraft for Xbox One for free, but you do get it for $5 (instead of $20) because you own the 360 version.l Here is the list that is compatible.
