Does Minecraft Windows 10 still come with the original?

I'm wanting to play this game with my friends. I have some that play on P, and others that play on Xbox. It is my understanding that when the windows 10 version was in beta, they both came with the purchase on the main site. Is this still the case?

I'm sorry to report that the Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft is SOLD SEPARATELY & can only be purchased through the Windows Store. As it's leaving beta, the price for it will be going up to $27 (originally $10 during beta) soon.

For those who owned the original (Java) version when the Windows 10 Edition was being released (that's roughly 20 million users), they can get the Windows 10 version for free… But I can't be certain if that offer still exists.
