I mean wouldn't it be a great idea? I don't know why they haven't done it yet, it's pretty ridiculous! Considering the fact that minecraft is suitable for everyone, well that's exactly what kind of a company Nintendo are. If anything I think minecraft should be made with Nintendo only and not Microsoft or Sony!

As well as the mechanics will be outrageously difficult as there are limited buttons and motion control for minecraft as well as it would be tiring mining with a wii mote. Basically there's no way as Microsoft want to keep it in there hands and not for any one else.
Sorry. Microsoft own Minecraft and given Nintendo's lack of third party support that has blighted their consoles since 1996, I highly doubt Minecraft will ever appear on a Nintendo system. Sadly it won't. Neither Mojang or Nintendo are interested on a 3DS/Wii U Minecraft, but I do agree the two screens would be great for using maps and inventory management.
