I have played minecraft before. It was a bit fun in the beginning but it got so boring after a little bit. It was way to easy to survive all of the creatures and mine, etc.

Many reasons are made up by users and non users, but the main reason is because many people create what they would want or to discover, amuse themselves, and find adventure, (something that is difficult to find in the modern world).
