I'm not saying it's a bad game, I just don't get the game. Seriously, I can't go to a public place with children, or have them over because they just talk about Minecraft all the time. It's also like milked to death on YouTube. It's like it takes control of the players mind, and that's why I avoid playing it… My son also has an obsession with it. He watches Minecraft every day, and when the powers out, he reads the books.

It is truly hard to fully explain why kids like it, but if you just gave it a try, learned how to play it, i bet you you would like it. I used to play it, but have moved on. I'm TO MLG FOR THAT NOW.

Minecraft allows kids to be creative and create structures with their imagination. It's better than doing drugs.

I guess, it's fun and you can do absolutely what you want to do? There's the construction aspect, you can build crazy things. You can also download an adventure map and have fun. You can play online on servers. You can also create complicated Redstone systems like a machine which cultivates wheat on its own, etc
There's no restrictions except your imagination. I like this game because there's just so much things you can do! I like to take a stroll on my horse and build farms and beautiful mansions.
