I've know about this game "Minecraft" for some time, and after a while I was gonna buy it, but after watching some Youthbe videos on it… It doesn't seem all that fun =\
Why do people like Minecraft so much?
It gets addictive because you can build whatever you want, as big as you want, with all sorts of materials. You can put those materials together to create other items or materials. It's essentially "limitless". It's like the ultimate lego simulation… How many hours can kids (or adults) play with that stuff
If you're playing online you add the interactive part of things… Build stuff with other people.
In the end, you take your dynamite and surround your whole creation with it and blow it all up. Then start over.
Eventually you MOD the game, and then blow EVERYTHING up really quick and then it's no fun anymore
For creative people, it's because they can build just about anything
For non-creative people, it's because they can play an endless survival game with or without friends
Building stuff is pretty fun. You get to see whole towns come to life. Also there's multiplayer, you can work on things with your friends AND there's survival mode with ZOMBIESSS and you have to build shelter and swords an' stuff, and its even better with friends. There's also mods, so for e.g you can play "hunger craft" where its exactly like the hunger games.
give it a shot, ya might like it.
Because there's so much to do, you can build literally whatever the **** you want.
Das why.
