Why do people hate on Roblox but not Minecraft?

Just wondering.

I mean Roblox does have some pros and of course they both have cons but why do people hate it?

Minecraft and Roblix is mainly made for kids, but Roblox games can be harder to make at times, which require skill (scripting, originality, etc.)

Minecraft is a limited yet unlimited (maps can be unlimited, but other things can't, like scripting or trying to make up a game that will become popular.)

Also not trying to offend people who like Minecraft, I bought the game and play it, BUT why hate Roblox, it takes time to make games on Roblox if you think about it, I've seen amazing creations on both games.

1: Minecraft wasn't actually designed for kids, it was for everyone to enjoy hence the mobs which some kids find scary.

4: Minecraft possibilities are unlimited, I'm assuming you don't use mods because what people can do with a simple chunk of JavaScript code is incredible. More and more mods are being developed for minecraft every day.

Sorry but, Roblox was made in 2005 (I think) and minecraft was made in near 2009. So its not a ripoff of minecraft. I play both games, and I like roblox more.

Minecraft is NOT made for kids, it's kept simplistic in design for space issues and to attract all audiences. Roblox has an intentional childish design.

Yes good answers. But did you guys think that minecraft copyrighted more things than roblox? For example walking dead, star wars g mod and etc.
