Why do people hate Minecraft?

People don't hate it maybe couple of them do but they don't like the game because they donot play that category/genre games so they don't like it and donot play it

People hate it because they debate whether it's a children's game, if it's better then another game, or if you're too "old" to play it, and I agree with you, I've been playing mc for almost three years now and it's one of my favorite games.

I hate it mostly because the art bothers me. I hate the blocky shapes. But I also hate people talking to me about it ALL the time. I don't play, so I don't care.

A lot of the fans are extremely obnoxious (as to be expected since many fans are young teen boys) so it turns people away from the game. I have no problem with the game itself, it seems pretty cool, but the fans make me not want to even bother with it.

Not everyone hate it

The people I met that don't like it say it looks blocky and the textures are low resolution, I tell them there are higher resolution texture packs and shaders you can get. They won't get past the blocks.

I love he game for its customization, I run a Spigot server and love coding new monsters, weapons, etc.

People have different tastes, and either enjoy or dislike different things. Some people like Call of Duty. I dislike it and find it boring.
People are just different.

It looks boring to me…

Please stop playing games and live real life. It will be the best decision you ever made.

Because people have opinions.
