Has Minecraft copied roblox as roblox came out in 2007 and minecraft in 2009 or 2011?

I think not, sure both games are block-like, but when considering game mechanics and features, they are not similar.

They are completely different. There are barely any similarities between the two.

No, Notch had the idea for minecraft from a game way older then roblox and it was about blowing things up (can't remember game name) but yeah, roblox and minecraft don't really relate.

While roblox they let the user create games and players play them.

Roblox to me is fun but minecraft is cheaper

i seen copies of Minecraft games on roblox a couple of times

Nobody copied anyone except that Roblox games can have minecraft worlds but minecraft worlds can't have Roblox games in them.
