Why Am I Not Getting Views?

I had an old youtube account called kingbamitsme then i changed over to start fresh for 2014 as i had this channel since 2011 and wanted to re invent myself but anyway, I make minecraft videos daily one time a day and am not getting any views! My first video view i got was 34 but the more episodes i do (on episode 9 now) i'm starting to get low views. Such as 2. And i have 12 subs but would really appreciate if you guys could check out my channel named KingBGamer as i try my best to be entertaining and create a fan base who watch my videos and feel entertained and want to inspire people also. So if you would not mind to check it out would really appreciate it as making videos is really my passion and would love to get noticed out there. But if you wouldnt mind to check it out and leave me suggestions and sub i would really really appreciate it as i want to have the feeling somebody is watching my videos.

If you do check it out please leave suggesstions and improvements. Thanks for reading and can't wait to see your comments

As soon as i clicked your channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYqXw7k4QXgvjUROEN38DBA/) I noticed one big thing that doesn't stick out - Your thumbnails for your videos. You have really plain images, its pretty much just a colour. I would recommend getting some more enticing thumbnails because if i saw your thumbnails i probably wouldn't click the video as it doesn't draw me in. Get bigger text, a few minecraft images and throw it all together.

Here are your tags for your most recent MC vid:
"Minecraft (Award-Winning Work), Let's Play, Pig (Animal), Play (EP), Mojang (Video Game Developer), Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (Video Game Genre), Video Game (Industry), IGN (Website), GameSpot (Award-Winning Work), GameCube (Video Game Platform), Commentary (Magazine), online, Online And Offline (Media Genre), Kevin, GameFAQs (Website), Game Boy Advance (Video Game Platform), Zelda, Legend, Multiplayer Video Game (Website Category)"

They aren't the best tags, create tags similar to your content. Zelda isn't an appropriate tag as if someone if searching zelda then comes across minecraft they might not come back and watch again. Remove all the tags and re start tagging them, have tags like "Minecraft, Building, House, Cow killing, How to, Build house, Minecraft PC, Finding, diamonds, wood house" and add a few more tags they are literally just examples, more relevant tags = more accurate results = viewer happiness.

Your Youtube little image is great (the logo), maybe work on the banner because i can't actually see any of it, it looks too big for the actual banner.

Pack the start of description with keywords but keep it relevant so what you do in that episode so maybe something such as "Hey people! Back again with another Minecraft PC Lets play, today we *Brief description of what you do*" try adding title in with it so your most recent one "NO PIGS" you could put something like "I had a hard time and found NO PIGS", write it around 3-5 sentences long just enough so it don't go into the "Show more" section.

Maybe add some music into your videos, and finally the quality is good but try going full screen and not like the box screen. Hope it helps!
