My YouTube channel and videos is not getting any attention at all. I upload HD videos on a very consistent basis but don't get any attention. Its very unmotivating to continue to make videos even though it's one of my passions. Any advice would be extremely helpful!

There are plenty of minecraft forums and a subreddit for minecraft as well. You can promote your channel there to gain views and subscribers if your content is good.
Some tips about this though -
Members of forums don't like when random users only show up to promote their channel. Be sure to take part in other discussions and contribute to the forums to become a respected member. People will be more likely to view your content.
As with any promotion, you will get trolls and negative feedback. Don't let this stop you.
It's kind of hard for minecraft videos to get views now because youtube is overflowing with them so don't be too discouraged if you're not getting views. One thing you could do is try and become friends with other people who make minecraft videos and get about the same amount of views as you. That way you guys can subscribe to each other plus you'll be making friends. I'm sure you can find people who play like you on your related videos tab.
Make sure you use relevant tags as well as title and besides there are thousands of minecraft video uploader. This makes it difficult for beginners but don't let that stop you
