So I was planning to make an epic minecraft trailer with epic song of my awesome minecraft server, but i'm afraid I might get sued for a stolen song. I heard people say that you won't get sued as long as you don't earn money from the video. But i'm not sure about this… I've seen alot of popular people with stolen song and they don't get trouble, but when I see unpopular people they get banned for posting up stolen songs.
Can I make an minecraft video with stolen song without getting sued or getting trouble?

The music has to be non-copyrighted, if it is then you can use it along as you give credit in the description (The song name). If you upload copyrighted music then the video would be deleted and you will earn one copyright strike, at 3 you can't upload videos (Assuming your using YouTube). 3rd party content makes you not be able to monetize the video (Earn Money), there's tons of info on it on YouTube.
