Why is minecraft forge not working? Its not crashing its just the mods are not working?

Are the mods compatible with your version of Forge? Can you link me the mods and the version of Forge you're using

Make sure to put your mods in the "mods" folder in the.minecraft directory and also make sure the mods are compatible for the version of Forge you are using.
