Which Graphics card should I choose?

I just want to buy a graphics card that will enable me to play Minecraft without lag on my PC.
So I chose some of the graphics cards on the internet, and want to know which one is more better.
1- POV GF8800 512MB VGA Card
2- XFX HD5450 2GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCIe Graphics Card
3- Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5450 2GB DDR3 Graphic Card

I know they are all cheap but please tell me which one is the best and will they be able to run minecraft properly.

First thing you need to know is, how much ram do you have on your pc? This makes a lot of difference in whether or not you get lag. Also, you have to have a good, speedy connection if you are playing online. Since I do not play that game, I'm unaware if that is an online game or not. However, that would be a good start.

Just to say, I do play minecraft, without lag and i have a Nvidia GT 640, but it costs $100.
I recommend NOT to buy the first one. But for a better look on your pc, can you say if you have a Intel I7 / I5 / I3 / … Also, do you use a HDMI connection to your monitorand is your monitor in 1920:1080p HD?

To be honest all these cards are pretty old are won't be the best choices if your looking for a allround graphic card for gaming. However for minecraft the GeForce 8800 would be the best of the lot and would allow you to run minecraft without any problems
the HD5450 isn't that good and this is mainly down to the limited 64bit memory interface which would cause problems at anything above 1440x900 resolution, however the GeForce 8800 has a 256bit memory interface which is significantly better
combined with your core 2 quad processor and 3gb of usable ram you should have no problems running minecraft
