I want to gaming desktop that can handle DayZ, Minecraft, and maybe even battlefield. I want the desktop to be good quality that doesn't have much lag or poor graphics. But also don't want it to be so expensive. Anyone have any suggestions about what kind or brand of desktop to get?

Have you thought about building your own? Or having someone build it for you? The reason i ask is because you can usually build one cheaper and the way you want it. If you are looking to play battlefield on even some of the lowest setting with any good frame rate you are going to have to buy one of the top of the line computers if you go the way you are referring to. But if you build your own you can get much better graphics cards and processor set up than you would with a brand name computer. If you don't have the experience of building your own than there are many places to go where you can people to build them for you. I had CustomAZcomputers.webs.com build mine for me and i love it. I wouldn't suggest buying one of the ones in his webstore but send him an email through his contact form and you can talk about pricing and hardware.

You can get the Lenovo Y410P. It has impressive tech specs, and it is quite cheap (for a gaming laptop). It can handle hardcore games.
