I'm not very smart with computers so I don't want any "build your own pc" things. I will mostly be playing elder scrolls online, skyrim, minecraft, and maybe some others. I don't know if it makes a difference or not but I would be modding some of my games. I won't be using it for anything but gaming and watching movies. I want to know anyones opinion on the best gaming computer that I can get for around 600$ or less and where I can get it.

Sorry its in pounds I'm from the UK but with exchange rates applied this should be in your budget and will be a very solid setup. It is very similar to my current PC and I'm able to achieve full settings on the games you listed.
