I just want a cheap on to run Minecraft and older games at good fps.

The gtx 750 is a good one, can run bf4 on low with minimal lag with a moderately good processor, so i'm sure you will be able to run minecraft with it!

Second on the GTX 750 or 750 Ti. It is an extremely low power card, perfect for systems with a smaller power supply, and can run off the motherboard without its own connection to the power supply. If you get the super-clocked or over-clocked you probably will need a power supply connection so just get the regular one.
