Upgrading Laptop Processor/Graphics Card?

I have a HP laptop with a processor AMD APU A6-6310 Quad-Core APU w/R4 graphics.

since I mainly use this as a basic gaming laptop(mosly play CSGO, Minecraft, GTA Vice and san andeas, NFS MW 2005, NFS hot pursuit 2010 and 2011s recent game and some HD 4400 compatibilty games etc),

I'm looking to upgrade so that I can play new and upcoming games in high quality graphics. Currently it can play games in lower/medium graphics fine, however new games are extremely laggy such as GTA V and unplayable.

What can I buy to upgrade this?

This CPU uses a BGA769 (FT3) socket. The CPU is soldered into the motherboard and is not removable/replaceable and therefore can't be upgraded.
your GPU is cart of your Processor. Since you have a laptop, you can't upgrade either of these parts.

sorry. If you want better graphics/processor, you will have to invest in a new laptop or build your own rigs

In 99% laptops, processor / graphics card can't be replaced, since it's soldered to motherboard

With a laptop the processor is soldered to the motherboard, and the the graphics are integrated into the APU so you can't change the graphics or CPU
You can buy an external GPU kit that plugs into the slot occupied by the Wi-Fi card

The kit is just for the external PCI-e kit, you need a power supply and a graphics card as well

What the others have said. If you want a laptop that gives you the ability to upgrade over time, get an Alienware. It has an option for an external video card (uses an actual desktop card) and can upgrade it at your discretion.

A new laptop.
