How to use ps3 minecraft skins?

I know a lot of you are facepalming but I'm genuinely confused. I just bought a skin pack for Minecraft on PS3 and I can't get it to work. How do I get it to work?

What is a good program to make transparent backgrounds for images?

I play minecraft ALOT and with the new 1 7 6 update we can have 2 layers of cloths. Now I need transparency for the rest of the image or most of my skin turns out to be a big white blob

The question other than ms paint, is there a free image editing program with transparency?

Abnormally Shaped Minecraft Skins?

I found this skin on nova titled "Monster" or something similar, and i tried using it but obviously it didn't work. Does anyone know how one could use such as skin?

Minecraft Account Won't Work?

I have been playing Minecraft for over a year now, and my older sister thought it would be fun to play with me. She set up an account, and has had it for about maybe 6 months. Just recently, she went to log on to play on my Minecraft server, and instead of saying, "Play" it said "Play Demo." It won't let her play the full version and she is upset because she waisted $30 on an account. I can log in fine. It said that the issues (listed by Mojang) are one of the following:
-Account doesn't have an actual bought account (It does)
-Account expired and you must buy new one (Why would it expire.l.)
-Account has been deleted (I can still find her skin on Skin Stealer and it says she is a current player on Minecraft.net)
What happened? How do I fix it?

Added (1). Please give me Mojang's number if needed to call them.
