Should I buy this? Is there a risk with second hand?

Seeing as it says custom built, unless it was custom built by a company, and not someone in their home, I wouldn't get it. If something is wrong when you do get it then they can say it was fine when they had it. Common fraud trap. Be careful. But, to answer another question, yes, it could handle Battlefield.
