In Minecraft when you walk you sort of bounce your block hand, but I've seen people that don't move their hand at all? Like they can walk and stuff and mine but in 1st person their hand doesn't move when they walk! I don't get it!

Oh. In the options menu, there should be an button called Bobbing. If you enable it, then your hand will "bounce". If you disable it, then your hand will not "Bounce".
