What are ways to make your Frames Per second better in minecraft Attack of the B-Team?

So i have been playing the new mod on the technic platform for minecraft Attack of the B-team. But my frame rate sucks! And i don't understand how Youtubers are so well. Can you tell me ways to fix it. This is what i did but didn't help.

Graphics-Fast
Clouds- off
MxFPS
Render distance short

Computer specifications. It won't make a difference(it will a bit) putting everything on minimum if your PC isn't good enough. Get an upgrade of PC maybe. That's how youtubers to it. They have good enough computers.
