By that I mean having the swat team invade my house just for griefing. I'm worried about my ip address being used to track me or anything.

Depends on who the person you are griefing is if the know how to code they can get your IP no problem. However, If the don't know how to code they'll tell an admin and you will be kicked from the server for an amount of time that is up to the admin

It's not that hard to get your IP address. The thing is swatting is a major offense and if the person that called them gets caught that's guaranteed jail time. And they WILL trace the phone of whoever called. Swatting is a very stupid thing to do, but then again there are some very stupid people out there.

No, not likely. You may get some sort of punishment for destroying others' property or creations, though.
