How to find a minecraft server IP?

I play on this Minecraft server which is made up of 3 servers: Hub, Survival and Creative. I connect to the servers by using the Hub IP address, and then I can travel from each server by using portals or commands. But I would like to know the IP address of the Creative and Survival Server, so I can go directly to the server instead of going to the Hub first.

Please find out how i can do this.

Error with my minecraft?

So I'm playing on a minecraft server (it does this on every server) and suddenly I get disconnected. When I get disconnected it says "Internal Exception: java.io.IOExecption: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host," with a button that says "Back to title screen." All I can do is click it. Then I go back to the server and it does it again. Anyone have a solution.

Hack minecraft chat 1.7.10?

So I was playing on some survival server and my chat starts saying gay stuff. Somebody on there said they were trolling me but for a while it sent me into a fit of paranoia like maybe I do things I don't know about. But now that i calmed down and realized both me and my account are fine it is funny. How do you control what other players say? Do you know what he was using?

Running a Minecraft LAN Server?

So here is a complicated one, I'm attempting to run a LAN server for minecraft, but I run into the problem of different devices on different subnets. Here is the breakdown:

NETWORK SETUP
- Free internet through my apartment complex
- We have a Hub/Switch that allows myself and other tennants in our building to connect to the internet
- This Hub is in my unit and is wired to allow the other units to connect
- Belkin router connects to the hub and allows wired/wireless access
- All devices are connected wirelessly to this router

PC's CONNECTION TO THE NETWORK
HTC Glacier (T-Mobile MyTouch 4G) connected wirelessly to the Belkin Router
This Device is Tethered to the PC using an application called Tether and the PC has the software installed and it is working and allows me to access the internet

HERE'S THE PROBLEM
Because I'm using the application and tethering, the PC itself is on a Subnet of the network and is assigned an IP of 10.0.0.1 and Gateway of 10.0.0.2 all other settings are the same. Due to this, I can't access the other PC that is connected wirelessly with its native wireless. The other PC is assigned an IP address directly from the router. Therefore, I'm unable to see the other PC from my own PC.

So my question is this:

Is there a way to allow to access the other PC, in-turn run a LAN minecraft server accesible between the two devices? And if so, how might I accomplish this?

NOTE
I have attempted to set a static IP already

If you need more details, let me know.
