Bad Video Card Drivers Minecraft?

I recently got a new laptop and when i load up minecraft it loads up the bad video card drivers screen. I've updated my drivers and done all the other stuff on the internet but i can't find a fix. Any help much appreciated and best answer goes to the person who made it work. Heres the error log and my specs.

Anyone have a small minecraft server or is making a server that needs

So i really want to have a new server to spend all my time on (one that's small and will have some room for me to build). I'm really trustable, i don't break the rules, and ill be on a lot. Like i said ill help you if you're making a new one and i'm really trustable. Although you'll probably be shaking your heads at this and be like "i don't even know you." But i'd like to become an Admin (if that's okay with you). I make friends fast, i'm trustable, etc etc. If you're considering me please tell me all the info and stuff, GT, and the IP. Can't connect to minecraft server, why?

Hi! I have been on minecraft for about a week xD ] but have been trying to go onto a sever i Really wanna try but it keeps coming up: FaIled to login: Invalid session [restart your game].
I have tried restarting multiple times but nothing. Please give me some help!

I'm having trouble making my minecraft server?

While i was looking up how to make my minecraft server open to the public, i came aross the part where it said to type "ipconfig" into command prompt. I did exactly what it said yet heres the meddage it gave me.

"'ipconfig' is not reconized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

can someone please help me?

I'm trying to get my friends to join my Alpha 1.2.6 server but I don't know what they have to enter to be able to join. I don't even know how to connect to it. It runs, but I don't know what to enter to connect. Could someone please help?

Minecraft bukkit permissionex permission file?

I run a bukkit server which I host in order to play online with my friends but I have come across a problem, I have the citizens/npc plugin and have been trying to set up npc traders but the problem is that only ops/admins are able to trade with them and not everyone on the server is mature enough not to abuse op/admin commands if given them. So in order to fix this problem I installed Pex/permissionex but I'm struggling to understand how it works as whenever I try to set up the permissions file myself it doesn't work how I would like it to as it either makes it so that everyone has op/admin commands by default or makes it so that you have to be an op to do anything at all.

So I was wondering/hoping if someone could write the file for me and possibly explain it aswell, the commands and abilities I would like regular users to have are:

The ability to break and place blocks (Basically to modify the world)
And the ability to interact with the npcs

/afk
/spawn
/back
/tpa
/tpahere
/tpaccept
/tpdeny
/sethome
/home

Added (1). Matt I tried you're permissions file but whenever I try and use a command as an op or non op it disconnects me from the server and displays the message "Internal server error" And the console gives a error report, which I can provide if needed
