Feed the beast minecraft server

I'm making a feed the beast server using ftb monster and I have edited the mod list, I have done it before so I know it can be done. But it keeps getting stuck with a buildcraft error

Is League of Legends Lore Copyright?

I want to know if LoL lore is copyright. I'm making a Minecraft server and quite like one of the lores and want to make a server based on it. I was wondering if this allowed or whether I need permission or if I'm just not allowed to use it

I just want to be like everyone else?

I want to. I want to be pretty. I want to date. I'm 13, when i go into high school i won't change any. And my life will always suck but i don't want it to. I want to be normal. My friend became popular and won't talk to me, my only friend isn't like me, and the rest are the "losers" in school and they act like they are 5. Everyday i have a headache from them. Id rather be alone but why can't i be normal? I play minecraft and the server has a library. I just want help. Help, company, people who care, so i write my feeling in stories using names of others. Now everyone thinks i'm weird and emo. I'm. I cut myslef, i wrote stories on it. I wanted to be a moderator but now people think i'm desperate because i tried so hard to be one. My only friend is that server, i have no real life. I atleast want to be loved by that minecraft server. How? Nobody likes me in both worlds. I want to be a writer, a librarian on the server. But i'm not accepted. Should i just tell people why i'm weird on the server?

Minecraft server donations legal concerns?

I have a minecraft server that I pay $10 a month to run on mcprohosting. I want to have a donation system where I can get money to upkeep the server. I was wondering how level it is or what I have to do in order to accept donations. I see many servers dining this so I'm wondering how I can do it without getting in trouble with the law. (Btw I'm in the US)

Why isn't my Minecraft server working anymore?

I recently made a minecraft server for me and my friend (about a month ago) and it's been working great Barely any lag, both of us have been able to access it fine. On Saturday, my friend tried to go on it and it wouldn't connect. I tried to go on it and it was fine. Me and my friend have both tried many things to allow her to go on it but nothing seems to be working:/
Any help on what I could do?

Good survival, community minecraft server?

It seems like 99% of the servers out there are PVP factions, skyblock, or minigame servers. I'm looking for a survival server in wich you can claim land or protect your builds. There can be pvp as long as it isn't like most of the pvp fac servers where you just build ugly square fortresses and shoot cannons. I'm looking for a server that works like regular survival and has an active playerbase.

Is there a minecraft server like this?

Is there a survival elimination server out there? Not like the hunger games because thats a pvp survival.

I mean a survival elimination game were you start off in a world with alot of other players and you all have to work together to survive and if a mob kills a player, that means there out of the game.

Is there such a server? Or anything like this idea?

How to figure out where this is coming from? Minecraft related?

I'm a manager on a Minecraft server and can't seem to figure out why, out of the blue, I (and other members) are given SPEED and NIGHT VISION at random times. Here is the log info to show exactly what happens:

[Server thread/INFO]: @: Given SPEED (ID 1) * 10 to IGN HIDDEN for 600 seconds
[Server thread/INFO]: @: Given NIGHT_VISION (ID 16) * 0 to IGN HIDDEN for 600 seconds

I removed the IGN for privacy purposes.
This happens throughout the map so I'm sure it's not a command block. If it was a command block it would have show it - for example:

[Server thread/INFO]: CommandBlock at CORDS issued server command: /tp IGN CORDS

I can't figure this out. I'm sure it will require an xpert answer.

I do have access to files on the server and have been searching for a resolution and have been unsuccessful.

This just started happening a week ago.
