I just got a new computer yesterday and have been setting it up with all my minecraft server files (I run a server for me and my friends) but when I try to run my server it starts loading the fails and I can't figure out why. 
Modded minecraft server's of version 1.6.4 not working on new windows 8 computer?

Try updating ForgeModLoader. I also got my own Minecraft server but i'm running it on Ubuntu so i'm not sure.
