Is there any minecraft plugin that will break bedrock with 5 tnt?

No. People are trying to make mods/plug-ins that can, but the coding is too hard to break. It WAS supposed to be Stone, but Notch messed up on it. He decided to prevent people from falling into the Void, to keep the industructable block.
