Is there a Bukkit Minecraft Server Plugin for this?

I'm running Dev Build 1.7.2 CraftBukkit.

I want to know if there's a plugin that lets you go through a gate if your registered on the server?
I really want this as a feature.

Could you specify what you mean?

By "gate", do you mean a specific End/Nether portal? Is this going to function off of Stargate?
Also, what would define registering on the server? Are you using AuthMe or a similar plugin? Do you want them to join your Enjin forums?
