Okay, so after having to wipe my entire computer and start over thanks to a virus, I've had to re-install everything, including my drivers. Now, I've got everything installed, and I downloaded Minecraft, but it won't let me run it! Previously, it ran great and I could put it on full render distance and experience no lag at all. Anyway, after I login and hit Play, it takes me to an error message saying: "We're sorry, but there seems there was an error while trying to render aspects of the game. To solve this error, it is recommended that you update your graphics drivers."
I currently have AMD Radeon HD 6520G and it says it is up to date when I try to update it. What gives?
Problem getting Minecraft to run?
I understand that you have updated the graphics card drivers but that did not fix the issue.
What is the make and model of your computer?
Let's increase the hardware acceleration and check if that helps.
Right click on the desktop, select screen resolution, click advanced settings
Click on Troubleshooter tab, click on Change settings.
Note: If your current display driver does not allow you to change the settings, change settings option will be grayed out, and you will not be able to change the settings.
3. Move the hardware acceleration bar to the extreme right and set it to Full.
4. Click Ok.
5. Restart the computer and check if the game work fine.
Try the above step and let us know the results. We'd be happy to help if you need any further assistance.
