I bought the minecraft ps3 edition for 20$ on my us account and it didn't work when it finished installing, and i checked it on my EU account and the price was around 23$, why is that? And any idea which region i can safely play this?
I need to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft on the PS3 do to corruption of Minecraft files. Can I use a flash drive to save Minecraft games/worlds BEFORE I uninstall the game? It's for my kids and I would hate to see them have to start from scratch all over again. They've put HOURS into this game.
If I can do that, can someone instruct me on how to to do it or post a link with instructions?
Quick question here. I downloaded/bought Minecraft for my kids on the PS3. They've been playing it for a few weeks now, however, when they went to play it this morning a message came up that the system wasn't turned off properly and every time the game loads, it'll play for a minute or 2 and then the PS3 shuts down. I'm starting to think Minecraft has a corrupt file. Since I bought it and downloaded it from the Playstation Store/Network, can I uninstall the game and re-install it again without having to pay for again? Many thanks in advanced!
Added (1). Thanks a bunch guys! Having said that, isn't there a way to back up the saved worlds/files onto a flash drive, uninstall the game, reinstall the game and then get the previously saved games from the flash drive back-up?

I have put many hours of play into creating my world, and recently it keeps freezing up. I end up having to turn it out because it remains frozen for hours. I read some forum discussions that suggested uninstall and reinstall. Won't that delete everything i've created? I have the digital download version of minecraft for ps3.
So i'm staying crouched and i've tried feeding them raw and cooked fish and i have them contained and when i hit L2 it does nothing there arent any hearts or smoke it just stays the same. Can you help me out?
Do both people need a connected HDMI cable, or does just one player? We tried everything but it won't work, any solutions? I put on the other controller and pressed start and it doesn't do anything. One of the loading screens said something about High Definition mode to do split-screen, any way to enable that mode? Thanks.
