I was playing MC when a yellow light came on and the ps3 went beeb beeb beeb and shut down it is 10 years old do I just toss it? Please help I want to see if it will still work I can't get my minecraft game disc out of there
So i've been downloading maps on the internet and putting them into my usb. I then put the usb in the ps3 copy the map and when i load minecraft it doesn't seem to be there. Have i done anything wrong? As it is my first time. I checked on youtube how to do it and i have followed the steps too.

Do i have to buy minecraft twice if i want to play it on ps3 and Pc? Simply bc i can't afford both ;-;
So, i'm a massive begginer at minecraft and i have a question. I have a friend who set up a server and plays minecraft with a few other people on the desktop version, however i only have a ps3 as my computer is way to old to even start thinking about minecraft! But would i still be able to play with him and on the server even though we're on different platforms?

Added (1). I'm 19 and have nothing to do until i start my courses. I like playing Minecraft and building/destroying and all around fun, but no one is online or has Minecraft in my friends list. If you're mean in any way i just won't bother, I'm just here for some fun, i have a mic too, so i hope to enjoy my time with you! I also would like some help getting some trophies here and there.

Added (1). Basically, I work from home listening to sales recordings and as no doubt you can imagine, it's very dull. So I need a game that I can play whilst listening - as the question states, needs to not be too involved so I can still half focus on what I'm listening to. The sort of games I've been playing recently have been minecraft, terreria, civ revolution and the dynasty warriors series.
It needs to be light on dialogue/cut scenes, require plenty of grinding or creative, and available on PSN

I got minecraft for PS3 in August and I have heard of the herobrine mystery. I like the creepy aspect of the whole thing and I want to play it with herobrine. Is there any spawners that actually work? If not, then can I download it to a flash drive and modify the save file? Links please. Safe sites no viruses. And I don't want him to be overpowering and kill me every time I turn my back.
