My mincraft ps4 edition is lagging on offline mode is this normal?

If you have downloaded to much p*rn then, yes… XD No it's not normal, but if you haven't had problems before, then it's either the minecraft world save or it's the fact that it's offline so there isn't good signal/connection to the minecraft servers…
