I'm tired of it being less detailed and advanced than the PC version. I want to be able to craft and for their to be able to be night in creative mode

Considering that tablets only have a fraction of the memory and processing power of even a low-end PC, it's pretty impressive that you have as much functionality as is.
If you want the PC version, then get the PC version.
