Arrow visible near crosshair on Minecraft?

So, when I'm playing Minecraft (the demo) suddenly my cursor is visible near the crosshair.
It's really annoying and makes the game laggy.

I use IE, if that helps.

Can more than one Minecraft account use the same launcher?

I was just wondering, if you bought Minecraft for a second Mojang account, would that second account be able to play Minecraft using the same launcher the first account uses. (As long as they log out)

Why does my internet randomly slow down?

I have a portable Wi-Fi modem which plugs into the computer via a usb charger that randonmly slows down for no reason. It only has four gigs so i don't download anything or watch any videos all i use it for are facebook, skype, minecraft and instagram any idea why it does this? And its not because of a blocked signal because i never move the modem from its spot so it can't be a blocked signal.

Is having a dedicated graphics card important?

I'm looking for a new laptop that is under $450 and I found an okay one, but it has an integrated graphics card. I like to play games such as Minecraft and various games on Steam like MW3, GMod, Worms, etc…
It doesn't matter if I can't play some of those games but they would be something I would take into consideration.

I don't want to spend $600+ for a laptop, but I don't want it to be incredibly slow.

What is the best 1.7.2 minecraft hacked client?

My all time favorite hacked client is Obsidian, but the developer stopped updating it after 1.6.2. I personally hate Nodus because it tries too hard to put everything into one client, but it prefers quantity over quality, and that's almost never a good thing.

Any suggestions on other clients?
