I was just wondering, if you bought Minecraft for a second Mojang account, would that second account be able to play Minecraft using the same launcher the first account uses. (As long as they log out)

Yeah. All you do is open the launcher and make a new game profile in the bottom left. Then sign out and log in with the new account on that profile.
