I'm an amateur game add on creator for a popular game called Minecraft. I create texture packs to alter the game to whatever theme i decide to create. I have my very own page where i post photos of the end result and provide a download link to get it.
Before the person gets the free texture pack they have to see an ad. For every ad a person watches I thecreator attain a small amount of money each time.
I noticed though my downloads from media fire were much much greater than my ad views and this was very odd. I did some research and i noticed a major texture pack website stole my texture pack, gave me credit, and posted my download link only, bypassing the ad link.
Not to mention this texture pack website gave 5x the traffic i was getting on my own. What can i do to stop this from happening?
I have the MinecraftSMP cracked Launcher.jar. The launcher is- Minecraft Open Launcher 1.0.8 (By Sparamoule)
And whenever I go to play It gives up downloading:
Gave up trying to download https://s3.amazonaws.com/...101023.jar for job 'Version & Libraries'
Job 'Version & Libraries' finished with 23 failure(s)!
Is this because of 1.7.4 or what? This happened with my KeiNett launcher too. What's the deal?
Added (1). Well, here's the thing. I'm on a school macbook air. They let us take them home and everything. But you know there's always the iboss website blocker so are there any good websites? Or can I use one of your profiles? I don't know. Just please help me.
I recently bought a new custom made computer. It's processor is an Intel i5 and it has 8GB of RAM and its graphics card is Intel HD Graphics 4600. It isn't special for gaming or anything but it is quite powerful and cost me around $1100. I don't play any games on it except for Minecraft. Whenever I play Minecraft, after about 30 to 60 minutes, an error message pops up saying:
[Processor Core 3 Temp.] exceeded its recommended maximum temperature.(90 degrees)
(The last degrees part usually varies between 70 and 90 degrees.) Sometimes this message pops up after 10 minutes of playing the game. Whenever this message comes up, I usually turn the computer off and allow some time for it to cool down. This really annoys me because I want to play Minecraft but I can't.
Why does this message come up? And is there anyway to stop it from coming up or maybe allow me to play for a little longer before the message come up? I have Minecraft set to the lowest settings possible but that doesn't make a difference. Also what happens if I keep on playing after the error message comes up? Will it melt my computer because its too hot?
Okay, so i'm playing a modded minecraft pack called resonant rise. When i record with dxtory (no frame limiters set) i get 30 fps… But when not recording in the same world with teh same settings, i get 70-80-100+ fps (the only time it goes down is when i fill a seared tank with lava, and even that gets 30 fps). However, when i record it never seems to go above 50-60, and most of the time it's down at 28-30. Playing at 1280x720 windowed, fancy graphics off and render distance on far. Fps is set to max and open gl is off. Using an EVGA GT 640 2gb, overclocked by 300 MZ and an amd A6 3650 cpu, with 8 gb of ddr3 ram (4 of it dedicated to mine craft). I'm recording to a separate HDD than my game and operating system. If anyone have an answer to this i would be greatly appreciative.
Added (1). i'm using dxtory, and even if i was using fraps it shouldn't be dropping my fps by THAT much - that's a 70 frame difference D
I just started a YouTube gaming channel called Dr. Phantom. I started with a Minecraft Let's Play and I only have 3 episodes, I'll upload the fourth tomorrow. When I have like 10 or 15 episodes I'll start a Left 4 Dead 2 Let's Play. Should I add a webcam video perspective in one of the top corners, or should I wait a little longer to do that in my videos, or should I NOT do it at all?
This is my channel if you want to check it out:

I'll try to upload videos daily.
Ok, so I have minecraft downloaded, at first I tried to run the.jar file, but it wouldn't run because it didn't have the 'Java' thing. (I tried other programs until I figured it out) I downloaded it and now every time I try to run it, the program I tried to use (Adobe Flash reader) opens and says that it can't open the file. SO, how the heck can I run it if it keeps doing this?
I need a good computer for audio recording and editing, some video editing, watching youtube videos, and of course gaming.
I plan on playing games like World of Warcraft, SWTOR, and Minecraft. I would like to have a computer running Windows 7 because 8 is still new and I heard a lot of people have problems with it and WoW, also I don't like the idea of pretty much having a phone as a computer.
My budget is the problem though, I only have $400 because this will be my birthday present.
Any ideas? Also need to be able to get it from Best Buy or Walmart.
Added (1). Oh yeah, I was looking at these ones.

But, I would really like to be able to upgrade in the future so yeah.
I bought the full version of minecraft from minecraft.net and I clicked download, and it took me to the game, but didn't create a desktop shortcut. Does anyone know how to do this?
Pc version. If i built an artificial village and by minecart imported 2 villagers would the AI register the artificial village as a village and would they use the houses and breed and have professions? I know fhe schematics for imitating the buildings the same exact way. Would that help? I want a village close to base.
