Barely get 60 FPS on Minecraft but can easily get about 55-60 FPS with ultra everything on BF4?

So, yeah. I can barely get 60 FPS on Minecraft but can easily get about 55-60 FPS with everything on ultra in BF4. My old computer could kept a steady 200 FPS on Minecraft, but I never played BF4 on it, but it could run it just fine. Does anyone know why?

Added (1). Well, with barely 60 fps, I sometimes get lag in places with 60 because it'll drop below 50 sometimes and will lag. But with 200 fps, it NEVER lagged for me, just FPS drop, which I never noticed.

Suggestions on graphics card?

I've been wanted to build my my own gaming PC. I was looking for graphic cards but couldn't find anything in my price range. I was going to use the SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7970 3GB OC, but it was sadly (At cheapest as what I could find.) $500. I need a graphics card that can run TF2, Minecraft at maximum settings, watch videos at 1080p, etc. In the future I'm most likely going to start playing the higher graphic games like Battfield 4, etc. Any suggestions. It would be awesome if I could get many different suggestions in case one isn't one I'd need. In advance, thank you!

What's up with Minecraft mob spawning?

So I'm playing MC and about readying to digging for gold, iron, and precious diamond. I get all my tools ready and get a stack wood, bread, and torches along with a clock and a stack of wool so I can make beds and sleep through the night so all the creepys don't kill while I mine. Well I go down a near-by caves and am about half way down when I'm surrounded by zombies skeletons and freaking creepers. I was confused because it was still day-time, but assumed they spawn some other night when I didn't get to bed fast enough, but over-whelmed I set the difficulty to peaceful, watched them all despawn and set it back to easy. Well I go further and I met a zombie while it is still day time, but then the one zombie becomes five zombie, two skeletons, and oh so hugable creeper. Pause, peaceful, despawn, easy, zombie. I keep getting overwhelmed by mobs, setting it peaceful, and then turning it back only to get overwhelmed five minutes later. Now usually I have no problem dying like the adventurer I'm but all of this happen during the day, seriously my clock would be on high noon and skeletons snipe me from behind. I thought monster only spawn at night, but they are clearly spawning during daytime. So what's going on?

Should I build a PC or buy a laptop?

My budget is just under 600 dollars. So around 580-590

Now what I don't like about most PC builds is that NONE of them mention the operating system. Like you can't use your new computer unless you buy a 100 dollar operating system.

I like the PC bundles on Newegg.com that match my budget, but again… No Windows with it.

If you think I should build a PC I would appreciate if you could help me with the part selection.

Minecraft cured me from being scared of heights?

I used to be really scared of natural heights, and after building a lot of cliffside homes in minecraft i trust myself more near cliffs in real life. Yesterday i was walking on a narrow trail that runs along a 500 foot deep ravine and i was totally comfortable. I know this sounds stupid. But i have no reason to no longer have a fear of heights other than minecraft…

I can't register a Minecraft account with my current Mojang account?

I learned that I have already created a Mojang account in the past, so I decided to try and log into it in order to buy Minecraft. I have tried logging into my Mojang account, but it said I can't access it unless I migrate a Minecraft account. Seems reasonable, right?

So I go and register for a Minecraft account and it asks to either create a Mojang account or use an existing one. I put in my e-mail and password for my Mojang account and it says I can't use it because I have to migrate a Minecraft account, I DON'T UNDERSTAND.

In order for me to use my Mojang account, I have to have a Minecraft account, and in order for me to have a Minecraft account, I have to use my Mojang account. Is there any way I can fix this?

I'm thinking of just creating another e-mail and create a new Mojang account, but I really want to use the e-mail that's on Mojang's record (it's my main e-mail). If anyone knows what's going on, please help!
