Good Cheap DIY Computer Builds?

Are there any good DIY PC kits that can run games, specifically GTA IV and Minecraft, good and are at a fairly reasonable price (about $800). I have a Best Buy and Tiger Direct near my house, so it would be better if they wetre from those sites, but Newegg and Amazon are fine too.

Viris, game, and google trouble?

Recently I have gotten a viris, and i've managed to get rid of it using System Restore. However, ever since I got it, none of my downloaded games have been working! Google stopped working for awhile too, (would freeze the computer when I tried to open it) but somehow, a friend of mine managed to fix it, without really knowing what she did. It's been a few days now and the games had not improved. Minecraft is frozen on the login page (the 'play' button is really light grey, and it is stuck on: Welcome guest! Please log in. Loading versions… However, there's no possible way to log in.) Then, there's another game called FeralHeart. It just crashes when I open it. Does anyone know how to fix this? How do I fix my computer?

Added (1). Edit: I have an Anti-Viris, (Avast! And Malware Bytes) and i've run a few scans after the System Restore. But they don't pick up anything.

Minecraft won't run on PC?

I just bought Minecraft for my computer, and it won't work. Every time I click play, it loads the full way, and after it's finished loading, nothing happens. It's been half an hour and still nothing's happened. And I can't click on play again.

Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix it?

I download the file, open the texture packs folder, drag the file into the folder, and extract the files. And it still doesn't show up on my minecraft, I don't get it.
