Java 64Bit Won't run

Hi, I installed 64Bit java so I can run minecraft nicely. But what I noticed is that even though I can run minecraft with java 64bit totally fine I can't run the configure java or run any installers.

When I get 32Bit Java (even though I have a 64bit system) everything works fine including minecraft, installers, configure panel and stuff like that.

So why am I asking for help? Well I wan't the 64bit java for a lot of things including things like launchers.

Why won't I get both versions then? If I get both I can't run installers or anything which defeats the purpose.

Whenever I run 64Bit java nothing happens and I always get the same log, I'll attach a copy of it here, tell me if you need any info: http://txt.do/dof05

Hola, tengo un problema con mi red, no se si le abra pasado a alguno mas de los que estén leyendo este post, pero bueno es que cuando estoy en un juego tales como Counter nexon zombies, minecraft o diversos juegos donde tienes que conectarte a un servidor especifico, bueno es que cuando actualizo el servidor me cargan entre 100 ms, le vuelvo a dar actualizar y me cargan 200 o 250 ms y vuelvo a actualizar y cargan 150 o 130 y me va variando los ms en diferentes juego y quisiera saber si alguien sabe a que se debe eso y pueda ayudarme seria muy bueno, gracias

Can I run the sims 4 and other games on any of these laptops?

I was wondering if before i buy any of these laptops can it run the sims 4, Grand theft auto, and/or minecraft?

A couple of years ago I had watched an animation video on YouTube about how Herobrine (a mob from Minecraft) was created. It started out that he had a brother, Steve. (I don't think his name was Herobrine yet.) One day they went in this cave to dig. When they had gotten really far in where there was lava, Steve thought they should head back. And they were just about to, when Steve's brother saw diamonds! He dashed around the edge of the lava and started digging it, but he slipped! And fell, slowly burning in the boiling lava! Steve was horrified! His brother had just died before him. Once there was no more struggling, Steve went home, lifeless as a zombie. Ever since (for some reason) Herobrine haunted Steve! Please tell me the name or sight if you know!

How do I set warps in minecraft single player 1.12?

I recently downloaded a huge city world for Minecraft and I got myself an apartment and i'm worried if I leave the apartment I might get lost. Does anyone know how to set warps back to my apartment so I won't have to worry about getting lost? How do I set warps in minecraft single player 1.12

Best laptop under $300 that plays cds/dvds?

I don't like the laptop i have now because it can't download anything but music and videos and my mom said that if i give her my current laptop, she'll buy me a new one as long as it's under $300.
So I'm looking for a good laptop that can play cds/dvds and games like the sims 3, minecraft, and audacity etc. It has to be high speed for school work and high definition. And portal, with a pretty decent (good/big) size screen. And lots of storage space. No chromebooks though (Not a fan of them). (Sorry for the way i typed this, I'm tired.) Also I don't know much about laptop features like roms and stuff like that so i asked here because it was confusing. Thank you in advanced
