I need a gaming PC under 500 USD that can handle games such as Minecraft at a minimum of 60 FPS on max settings.

I'm not a PC nerd and I'm fairly new to the PC world, and I play consoles most of the time, so please tell me anything I need to know about PC's.

Alright so I was looking to start a lets play Minecraft series on youtube. I have Fraps full version so I will record and I have Sony Vegas Pro 13 full version I will edit and everything. So i play minecraft and stuff. But before i press play on the launcher to the left it says create a profile or edit a profile. The only one i have is my screen name. I decided to mess with it so i made a new profile and it had no worlds.So i wen't back to my old one and deleted the new one.I'm just wondering what profiles are for.People told me there were something about modding, Or in case you have siblings.
