Why do i have to buy minecraft again after migrating it to a mojang account?

I was on the Minecraft web site when I saw that it asked me to migrate my account… So I did but now when I login to minecraft it tells my I can only play the demo and that I have to buy it again. This really frustrates me. Also when I login to mojang with the email and I see the migrate your account thing so I try that again it says its already been migrated and to login with the email but when I do that it does not say I have bought minecraft… So if someone could please help that would be great I don't want to have to spend 27.00$ on it again
